What is Caddying?
It is an important part of the game of golf and also a rewarding job. The Caddie helps the player by carrying the golf bag, finding the ball, replacing divots, raking sand traps, tending flagsticks, and allowing players to concentrate on their game. By listening and watching, caddying helps you to learn more about the game of golf. The first step to becoming a caddie at Prestwick is to fill out an application at the golf shop. The second step is to go through a series of training sessions that will teach you the art of caddying. The final step is to pass a written test.

We are currently accepting applications for this season. Please print out an application, fill it out completly and drop it off to the Pro Shop.
We hold caddie training classes in the spring to train you and show you how to be a successful caddie.
